We will not respond to any type of marketing calls or emails!

We will endeavour to respond to our customer enquiries within 24hrs of receiving your email.

Ordering

As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000 and Consumer Rights Directive during the period laid out below. For more information you can visit www.direct.gov.uk.

A request must be made to Kaci Kit before the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.

We reserve the right to exclude certain items from any special offers or discount codes.

Only one voucher code can be used at any one time.

Cancellation of an order after dispatch cannot be accepted.

Your order cannot be amended or edited once submitted, this also includes the delivery address

Returned Goods

In exceptional circumstances, we accept returned goods with a 20% handling charge but only if the following conditions are met:

When returning items, they must be in perfect condition with any shrink wrap still intact.

A return request must be made to Kaci Kit within 7 days of receipt of goods.

No returned goods will be accepted unless a returns authorization has been given. The appropriate reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation.

For your own protection, please obtain proof of postage / receipt from the carrier, as the company accepts no responsibility for lost parcels sent by you.

Kaci Kit will not be responsible for any postage costs.

Availability

All products that are seen on the website are made to order and are not stocked. (Please see our ordering & returns policy)
Please be sure that all information supplied by yourself is correct before completing all orders.
We will hold and process the information given at the time of ordering or for competition/promotions in accordance with the GDPR guideline 25 May 2018.
We may contact you with future offers which you will be given the option to unsubscribe from within the e-mail.
Your details will be passed onto our third party, the manufacturer making the products and for the purpose of delivering your goods.
